All services are subject to specific agreements and availability.
3. Quotes and Orders
- All quotes issued by E O Skana Logistics LLC are valid for a limited time as specified in the quotation.
- Orders become binding only upon written confirmation by both parties.
- Prices are subject to change due to fluctuations in supply chain costs, currency, or material availability.
- Specifications must be clearly communicated; E O Skana is not responsible for errors due to incomplete or inaccurate client information.
4. Delivery and Lead Times
- Delivery timelines provided are estimates and may vary due to shipping conditions, customs, or unforeseen delays.
- E O Skana Logistics LLC is not liable for delays beyond its control, including force majeure events, port congestion, or third-party disruptions.
- Risk of loss passes to the buyer upon shipment unless otherwise agreed in writing.
5. Payments and Invoicing
- Payment terms are defined on each invoice or service agreement and must be honored as agreed.
- Late payments may incur interest or service interruption.
- All prices are exclusive of taxes, duties, and shipping fees unless specified.
6. Returns and Cancellations
- Orders for customized or special items may not be canceled or returned once confirmed.
- Requests for return or cancellation must be submitted in writing within 5 business days of receipt.
- Restocking fees and freight charges may apply for approved returns.
7. Warranties and Liability
- E O Skana acts as a distributor/supplier and passes on any applicable manufacturer warranties.
- We make no independent warranties beyond the specifications provided in the sales agreement.
- Liability is limited to the cost of the goods or services supplied and excludes indirect or consequential losses.
8. Intellectual Property
All logos, trademarks, and content on our website and communications are the property of E O Skana Logistics LLC and may not be used, copied, or reproduced without written permission.
9. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to treat all business information, pricing, and project-related details as confidential and not disclose it to third parties without written consent.
10. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed and interpreted according to the laws of the State of New Jersey, USA. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in New Jersey.
11. Changes to Terms
E O Skana Logistics LLC reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes, and continued use of services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
